Scrappy Mom's Sneak Peak#2- Hay Chickie

Hi Friends,

We hope you are all enjoying the brand new stamp set Spring Fair and the release of our very first PINWHEEL die.

I have a confession. Today's project had a little "inspiration" behind it. I was wanting to hatch some chicks for my kids for Easter.. and I don't mean the "candy" kind. Before the hatcher even arrived I caved and bought a few Dixie Rainbow chicks. They are only a few days old and I am IN LOVE. I named them DIXIE and CHICK.. I decided to make this little card using our brand new Spring Fair set! I used the peechy keen face for it and I have to admit, it looks pretty similar to the real thing!

I hope you enjoy my card and the photo of my adorable little chick.

Please stop by throughout the week and join us Tuesday for another Terrific Tuesday Challenge here at Scrappy Mom's!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!!!

Scrappy Mom's Sneak Peak #1-- You BLOW me away..

Hi Everyone!

We are so very excited to announce the arrival of our very first PINWHEEL DIE here at Scrappy Mom's Stamps! We are also releasing our brand new stamp set Spring Fair! We are so absolutely thrilled about these new products. We hope you will LOVE them as much as we do.

Today for my first project I just had to use our brand new pinwheel die. I LOVE LOVE this! It is so fun, quick and easy to make and you can almost put a pinwheel on anything and everything! This is compatible with the SIZZIX cuttlebug, bigshot and bigkick machines. My daughter's birthday is at the end of the month and I thought these would be cute for party favors at the park. We are going to celebrate right after she competes in her very FIRST track and field event with the Special Olympics. I have them stocked with candies and bubbles.

Please be sure to check our wonderful design team and our March guest designer JEN!

Thanks for stopping by!

Terrific Tuesday Challenge-- Go Green

Hi Everyone!

It has been a whirlwind few weeks for me, including today but I am so excited for this weeks Terrific Tuesday Challenge at Scrappy Mom's. We decided to do a St. Patrick's day theme since it is next week! I LOVE St.Pat's. I am actually one of those people that has little "mini" parties for just about every reason. Since I am a heinz 57 I do have a little "IRISH" in me as well. We always have a traditional Boiled Dinner and sometimes I make some Soda Bread as well.

I decided to share my recipe for rainbow cupcakes. I absolutely LOVE doing this with my kids. It is so much fun. I really hope you will ALL get the chance to try it out. The cupcake holder and pot of gold are from SVG cuts. And the little sentiment on the tag is from our brand new Mini Messages stamp set. Did I mention that my dog helped himself to half a dozen rainbow cupcakes while they were cooling. He didn't even remember to take the wrapper off:0(

The recipe for the rainbow cupcakes can be found at Family Fun.com!

Please join us and link a St. Patrick's Day project to Scrappy Mom's! We will pick a winner at the end of the month for a free scrappy mom's stamp set.

I have every intention on posting another project this week. I am hoping things calm down a bit here.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
