Terrific Tuesday Challenge-- Paisley Purse

Hi Friends!!!

Today is the Terrific Tuesday Challenge at Scrappy Mom's!! This week the challenge is to create something from the Paisley cartridge, or any cartridge that is similar.

I made a little purse gift card holder from Paisley. I used my gyspy to weld the pieces together. Then I created a pocket on the inside for a gift card to fit into. I will use this as my Mother's Day cards this year. The sentiment is from the All in the family set!

Please join us and make a project with us for a chance to win a set of Scrappy Mom's Stamps!

Make sure to check out all the designers this week!

Have a wonderful week!!

Cristina had asked that we make a card or project that was inspired by something she has made. We'll I don't think I have EVER seen a toaster card quite like Cristina made back in November. That was the cutest creation EVER.. with an actual working toaster handle, and the pop up toast included. I mean I don't think I could EVER figure out the mechanics of that. So in tribute to Cristina I made a Toaster shape card! The cartridge used is From my kitchen and the sentiment is from the Scrappy Mom's Pinch and a Dash set!

Now for some blog candy! All you have to do is leave me a comment and a way to get in touch with you and I will be giving away a set of the Pinch and a Dash stamps to one lucky winner!

Please head on back to Cristina's blog if you haven't done so already, and see the super creative project!!

Scrappy Mom's Sneak Peak #3-- So Happy Together

Hello!

Today I made a card with the All in the Family set!! I am just loving my Make the Cut and could not WAIT to use this new set from Lettering Delights! It is sooooo cute! I thought it would make the perfect Anniversary card. But boy I tell you.. finding bacon colors was a difficult job. We had BLTA'S for dinner ( bacon, lettuce, tomato, and AVOCADO).. so I matched up the colors the best I could...

Hope you are all enjoying the sneaks this week!! Have a wonderful day!

Mr. Potato Head Shape Card

Hi Friends! It is great to be BACK!

I am so sorry I have been MIA for so long... spring break came and went, then I had a wonderful visit with my family from NY, and then my darling daughter had her 11th BIRTHDAY!! Not to mention I have officially completed 4 weeks of P90X with my husband! Boy is that a time COMMITMENT. I have not had one second to post anything. I am SOOOO far behind in my card making. Now I have thank you cards to make and several birthday cards that are LATE...

This is birthday card 1 out of 5 I have to make!! I made this for my little nephew Mason. Who doesn't love TOY STORY?? It is my all time favorite movie!

I used the toy story cartridge and my gypsy to make this shape card and it was so fun. The Birthday sentiment is from the Scrappy Mom's Everyday Greetings set!

I promise to have at LEAST two cards this week!! I just pray I can get ahead on my personal stash.. it is horrible to be CARD-LESS!!

Have a wonderful weekend. Summer is officially here in Arizona.
